German actress, singer and author Eva-Maria Hagen, considered the “Brigitte Bardot of the GDR,” died here August 16.
MSTies may recall her role as a reporter in the movie in episode 211- FIRST SPACESHIP ON VENUS.
Her fascinating life’s journey is chronicled in this translated story.

Posted by Sampo, on August 10th, 2022 Sherman Oaks, Calif. — Gene LeBell, an actor, stuntman and martial arts expert whp trained Bruce Lee, fought Elvis Presley and John Wayne in the movies and was an inspiration for Brad Pitt’s character in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” died at his home here August 9. He was 89.
MSTies may recall a small role as a border guard in the movie in episode 403- CITY LIMITS (for which he was also a stuntman) and as a brawler in the movie in episode 322- MASTER NINJA I. He was also a stuntman for the movie in episode 1201- MAC AND ME.
