I’ve been to all the St. Louis shows, and I don’t remember the incident Joel mentions … anyone?

I cannot wait for the Princeton show! With the voting, do they tell you online before show which film they’ll be riffing?

There’s also news this week about “the other” Joel Hodgson, whom I just discovered even existed when I Googled Joel Hodgson:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/rugby_union/13048222.stm
“Newcastle Falcons half-back Joel Hodgson has signed a new three-year deal at Kingston Park.”

Um, 35,000 people at the St Louis show?? Is that a mis-print? That is a lot of people! Wouldn’t that be like a stadium show…

not if it was 35,000 teeny weeny people… ;)

Is it possible Joel was referring to ‘The Family Arena’, which the CT crew returned to late last year?

Either a misprint or maybe that’s how many it can hold..

I’m happy that the four times we’ve seen CT that the venues did not hold 35,000. Imagine waiting in line at the “meet and greet” at a place that large! But seriously, that would be one show where the cast simply would not be able do their usual after show activities at the same level they do in more usual sized theaters.

If anybody gets the chance, maybe ask Frank if that was really him in that Kevin interview thread? (I believe it was.) I’ll probably be too overwhelmed to think straight. I know the Brains are friendly and gracious, but I always feel so awkward trying to think of something to say to people I respect and admire.
On the other hand, I had zero trouble talking to Artie Lange that one time I met him. Interpret that as you will. :-P

I interpret that statement as you saying that you didn’t like Beer League. Yep, that’s what I will go with.
The interview was good, and I’m hyped for Princeton on Saturday.

Huh, now isn’t that strange! I interpreted it as a statement that says,
“I like fruit. Fruit is good…….”.
Funny how people can interpret the same thought in such different ways!!

@Julie90043 I was at the Milwaukee show and there was a group of intoxicated people sitting next to me that were escorted out. Maybe that’s the incident he meant. It wasn’t a really big deal. They weren’t bad or anything, just a bit distracting. One minute they were sitting there and the next I looked over and they were being quietly led away.
The Family Arena probably does hold 35,000 people but it has only been a quarter full at the two shows I attended there.
