How are they able to view/show this episode without getting into trouble from the Feds?

It works in much the same way as licensing right for showing films, you pay to show them.

As with the first two, I plan on coming from Jersey to see this with friends. I think any “casual fans” will be delighted with the weirdness of Jack Frost vs. the last one they did (Warrior of the Lost World). Can’t wait.

Sampo!
I don’t know how to go about getting permission to screen an MST3K episode at my local theater in Alameda, California. You may have already associated my town with our local boy made good Robert Lippert. He actually owned the theater in question, which has been restored to its art deco glory
I wanted to host a series of Lippert MST3Ks, even link it to the coming release of Project Moonbase (the alameda museum actually has the space station from Project Moonbase!). Can you get me to the right people or point me in the right direction?
Help me Sampo, you’re my only hope!

YES! This is so awesome! I used to live in Phoenixville, now I’m just south of there. So I will be sure to make it for this. The Colonial is really a great little theater. And Phoenixville is a lovely picturesque little town. Looks straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting.

I agree Ryan. On the night of their first MST showing in Phoenixville (Zombie Nightmare), the town was having some kind of national night out or something like that. Many people were out and everyone was super nice. I called it “the town that Time forgot.” So I do look forward to going there on MST nights.
