This is a little off-topic, but we’re such big fans of the RiffTrax Presents riffs by SketchFest’s Cole Stratton and Janet Varney that we wanted to mention that they’re out with another one, for “Jaws 3.” Oh, and a little bird told us :::coughCOLE!cough::: that Mike Nelson has a cameo in the opening. Thanks for featuring this. I’ve enjoyed all the previous efforts by this pair and will be buying this one also. Seriously, for all the MSTies who have hesitated to listen to movie riffs by non-MST3K alumni, Cole & Janet are genuinely funny and provide a fresh take on ’80s cheese.

I did see the sample, but I just couldn’t get into it. I found Janet’s voice to be very annoying and even though the movie itself is absolutely horrible, I’ll stick with the RiffTrax version. I just prefer MST3K alumni.
