    Alright! Paul F. Tompkins is great – not only is he one of the best stand-up comedians out there right now, he was also on one of my favorite shows of all time: “MR. SHOW”!

    Laura (#1) and anyone else going to the Nashville show. Are you dressing in costume? I’m planning to go as a character of Bill Corbett’s in MST3K’s Riding With Death, if I don’t chicken out.

    House On Haunted Hill is a favorite fun movie around my house. We’ve owned it on VHS and DVD before it was taken over by Rifftrax. The Rifftrax HOHH is one of their best DVDs, so we definitely want to see this show.

    @5

    I won’t be going in costume that day. I’ll just be the loser at the Regal Cinema in Burlington attending the show by herself (again!).

    Getting my tix today. I just re-watched the Wolfman Mac Chiller Drive-In version of HoHH [or Nightmare Sinema??] I TiVo’d from my Detroit MI days circa 2008. Kind of getting the pump primed for another RiffTrax LIVE event. I just LOVE Halloween! Trick or Treat!

    I’m just going to go to the cine on the night of the show and buy tickets there. I’ve found with each of these Rifftrax shows that they never sell out(not even close) and you can save the couple bucks service charge ordering online by just buying them the night of the show.

    #5: Err– which Bill Corbett character in RIDING WITH DEATH?

    Seeing it with a good friend, another good friend, and his new girlfriend (awwww) in Indianapolis. Missed REEFER but saw the two before that with the same group.

    @10: that’s not true for every cinema – i’ve been to every rifftrax live event so far & each one has sold out at least 1 day prior to the show at the theater i go to (some of my friends like to wait to get tickets until the last minute & have missed out on all 3 so far). more power to you if you can skip out on the lame-o service charge by buying tickets the night of the show, but i wouldn’t recommend it to everyone..

    “Err– which Bill Corbett character in RIDING WITH DEATH?”

    Since (I believe) he only played one character (other than Crow) during the host segments in that particular episode, I’m guessing it would probably be as ‘Brain Guy’, dressed up like a battle field “nurse”.

    However, if I’m wrong, I’m hoping “porpoise” will correct me……

    Man, I wish there was an encore presentation again! Can’t go on this date, making it the first Rifftrax event I’ve had to miss. Sorry guys!

    To #11 and #13: aww, it was gonna be a surprise, but since it doesn’t seem like yall are coming to the Nashville live performance, Yes, #13, you are correct, Sir.

  21. There’s not going to be an encore for this one? Weak! This’ll be the first one I have to miss, too…can’t exactly call off work for it.

    If they are going to have an encore on Nov. 2, then that’s when I’ll go. I have to work the 28th.

  23. FordPrefect says:

    There is no longer an encore at this time. It stinks, but maybe if the live showing is successful enough Fathom will have an encore showing at some point in the future. I think that’s what happened with Plan 9 From Outer Space last year. I’m going to try to see it, but I might have to work that night. Even if I can’t go, I’m going to try to convince other people to see it.
