Saw Gremlins there last year, which was cool (too bad they didn’t have Joe Dante for a Q&A).
How can they get away with showing an MST3K episode featuring a Godzilla movie/banned Rhino DVD and not get in trouble with TOHO or Jim?
I’ll bet Toho would say no-no if they get wind of a public showing of their masterpiece.
I was originally planning to be in the Phili area the week of the Phonexville show for the U2 concert, but it’s been postponed so…
#3- do they charge admission? Seems if everyone gets in for free it’s ok- no harm, no foul- I hope.
#6 I hope so too but if you knew what TOHO was like you’d still be really surprised. They protect their property with an iron fist. Anyways, I’m only about 3 1/2 hours away from St. Paul and would love to go but it’d be easier if it was on a weekend.
