How about Denver? It happens to be “the” largest city in the mountain time zone. That includes all the areas from the north pole to south pole for the time zone. Doesn’t that get any brownie points?

Super duper, if you live there. Have there been any new DVD’s since Alien Factor?

I saw them in MA a couple months ago & am fully planning on driving all the way to NJ for those shows. It will be well worth it.

Patrick from DC, if you drive to NJ, it will be worth it.

And no, there have been no new DVDs since ‘Alien Factor’. I saw them do ‘Danger of Tiki Island’ live and I hope that is the next release.

    @ Zombie,

I agree with you. I don’t live anywhere near Newark. And I’m not going to make that kind of drive with my 16-year-old car. I haven’t bought any DVDs since the last studio release. And I won’t buy anymore until they have a show in ATLANTIC CITY!!!

@the2ndsuitor..If you listened to Frank Coniff on The Fort Podcast,he said that “Danger on Tiki Island” will be the next one to come out on DVD pretty shortly(or words to that effect). So,I’m thinking, since “Alien Factor” was released around the same time(or close to it)they were performing somewhere,DOTI could be released next month sometime.Maybe? I mean, they’re performing in Seattle on June 11th,so maybe they’ll release it around that time.Just a guess is all.I wonder if they’ll be doing “War of the Insects” and the “Samson” movie in July???

Hey guys, I bought my tix for the Seattle show on June 11. I seem to remember people complaining that the “doors open at 9:30” was misleading, and that the show doesnt start for another hour. Does anyone know if that is the case always, and if it will be the case for the June 11 showing?

I think CT should show the nation’s capital a little love one of these days. Warner Theater or E Street Cinema in D.C. or Meyerhoff in Baltimore. Let’s go, CT!

According to the D*C site, all of the Titans will be at this year’s con. Man, I hope they do a live riff, although I shudder to think what the line would be like.

Keep releasing the DVDs!!! I love both the live discs, and I honestly have found them more humorous than the original studio releases (though Santa Claus v Martians comes awful close). Keep bringing the funny!

#4 Trickymutha “#2-I thought Phoenix was the largest city in the Mountain time zone.”
This time of the year Phoenix is in the Pacific time zone. We’ll go back to the Mountain time zone in the fall. AZ doesn’t spring ahead or fall back so we don’t change our clocks but change time zones. It has something to do with getting darker sooner in the summer so we don’t all die from the excessive heat. So I guess Denver is the largest Mountain time zone city only part of the time.

Wow, both my wishes were granted in a day!

Does anyone know if they do two shows in one day, are they the same movie?

So “Tiki Island” is it right? I mean with the release of this disk CT will have released everything they’ve riffed in live shows on DVD…so we should be hearing about some new titles soon…unless they decide to go back and release live versions of their earlier studio DVD’s…..or am I forgetting one?

I haven’t had a chance to see them when they’ve come to New England, but if that 29 Oct date for Boston is true, then it will give me the perfect excuse to go see them since my b-day is the 17th that month!

Curious — just noticed that 40% of the CT movies so far have had “blood” in the (original) title: Brain of Blood, Blood Legacy, Blood of the Vampires, and Brides of Blood.

  26. jere7my says:

Graboidz: Oops! Forgot Samson and the 7 Miracles. They riffed that one in Milwaukee in February.

the2ndsuitor: They’ve always done two different movies when doing two shows in one night. You can see every show they’ve done on Wikipedia. (It doesn’t list the three-movie New Year’s marathon in Philly, though. Did that happen?)

$10 convenience charge per ticket going through ticket master for the Showbox venue in Seattle (plus other fees)? The $36 ticket inflates to almost $50. Holy crap. I don’t remember it being that pricey when they stopped in Seattle last time :-/
