Can someone please unpack the ” Mal ” reference for me ?
I’m at work and can’t read the interview now. Was this an in person interview? If so I’d love to know exactly how she responded (tone and time spent thinking) to the Kirk/Picard question. That is just soooooo awesome.
Oh, and for I’m not a medium, I’m a petite says, it’s a Firefly/Serenity reference. The captain’s name is Mal.

Again, I find these things out from you guys. I wouldn’t have known about this interview if you two didn’t post it. Mary Jo tells me nothing! (oh, and by the by, Mary Jo would have known nothing about Firefly if it hadn’t been for me).
