The Christmas Every Day short features Dick Orkin as the voice of the narrator and the father. He did about a billion commercials between the 60’s and 2000’s and was also the creator of the classic radio comedy serial Chickenman.

Wow, so the Children’s Televison Workshop cribbed the story conceit for their late 1990s special ‘Elmo Saves Christmas’ from this other little short. I dunno, one has some honestly rather appealing cutout animation, but the other has Grover…
