    Paul Lynch was initially interested in directing this film, but by the time this movie was ready to be made he couldn’t fit it into his schedule.

    John Sheppard wrote the first draft of the script in twenty-four hours.

    Most of the strippers in the film were actual strippers from the Toronto area.

    Domenico Cianfriglia, who portrayed a rebel in Escape 2000 and a Zarth henchman in Starcrash (for which he was also a stuntman), died on this day in 2020.
