Ahh yes, just when you think they found the worse, they get one even more worse!
Anyway, wow. This looks like it had a budget of just 100 dollars! (or is that being to nice?)

    Trivia from imdb.com:

The director of this film found many of the backgrounds on free stock footage websites, that are listed in the credits of the film. He shot the film around what he had, which lead to scenes in wine cellars and fields inhabited by leprechauns.

For close-ups of the Bulk’s hands, Hulk hands toys painted purple were used for the shots.

Was shot in 2008 but sat unreleased until 2012.

The film spent over a year in the editing room.

Excluding the stock footage, every single scene in the film was shot on a green screen, no real filming locations were used at any point.

The film was shot in 5 to 6 days.

The film was originally going to be a parody of Spider-Man starring a female protagonist.

This film had been shot earlier but sat unreleased until after that film came out, making this his last officially released film. He retired to become a film school teacher in the Philippines.

Jed Rowen, who plays Det. Ray Garton, also briefly portrayed the Bulk when he is seen attacking a helicopter with reporters inside.

The film was financed entirely by Lewis Schoenbrun so that he could have complete creative control.

Dr. Kantlove’s ray gun that he uses to vaporize a guard was created by painting a water gun completely silver.

The film is a mockbuster of The Incredible Hulk (2008). Several characters in the film are blatant parallels to characters in the Hulk mythos. Henry Howard is based on Bruce Banner, General Darwin with General Ross, Hannah Darwin with Betty Ross and the Bulk with the Hulk.

    Crazy credits (from imdb.com):

No CGI animals were harmed in the making of this film.

No wonder so many movies from the Philippines end up as RiffTrax fodder.

That could be one explanation for why the heroes are jogging calisthenically in place in front of a greenscreen city background, instead of…I don’t know…filming it on an actual city street?
