From tvguide.com:
“Famed Asian Detective Charlie Chan attempts to save an innocent man from the chair, and finds more murder.
The 38th Chan film has Toler as the Asian sleuth, discovering that forged fingerprints have put several innocent people in prison. The series had about run out of steam by this time, though it would continue to suffer through nine more films and one more Chan.” (Roland Winters).

My Dad preferred the earlier ones with Warner Oland as Chan.

Fu Manchu’s Good Twin, it’s been a while since the core RiffTrax crew has done an older film like this.

My parents LOVE the Charlie Chan movies, and if you can look past the “yellowface” aspect they’re actually pretty solid flicks.

This was a pretty decent “episode” of RiffTrax. The movie provided plenty of good riffing opportunities, and it’s nice to see the guys doing an older film.

They’re out there. You can get them on Amazon. I got my Dad a nice set of Warner Oland DVDs a while back.
