Andy Webb from “The Movie Scene” gave it two out of five stars stating, “What this all boils down to is that ‘He Sees You When You’re Sleeping’ is entertaining in a sort of its so corny it is amusing kind of way. But for me it was certainly not what I expected from a movie which is part of ‘The Mary Higgins Clark Collection’ and the mix of humour and drama in this doesn’t really work.”

Mary Jo and Bridget have unearthed what is almost certainly the worst rendition of Silent Night ever recorded. That is, other than the one done by Roseann Barr.

Why DO women watch Lifetime and Hallmark movies, and then complain about them being “forced” upon them by patriarchal TV networks?
All they’d have to do is stop, and then no one would watch them.

Perhaps not. If a network or studio exec likes a project, it’ll be out there, poor ratings or lousy box office be darned.

I’m a woman and I don’t watch those movies and I don’t complain about “patriarchal” anythings. And everyone that I know who actually watches those movies enjoys doing so (in a “they’re so bad they’re good-funny” kind of way.
But I’m guessing that someone here has some issues with women.

The Canadian mafia uses Hallmark Channel Christmas movies to launder money.
If a Gold Crown stocked two copies of a DVD of every Christmas movie they’ve made so far, there wouldn’t be room for anything else.

And a secret child ring under the gazebo! Ice skaters kidnapped into white slavery! Heroine smuggled in magic snowglobes!

I have a script blocker on this site so am not sure of the context here, but I’m a woman and I loathe Hallmark and Lifetime Channel movies. But hey I love MST3K and Rifftrax so maybe my Culture Meter needs a kick…. nah.

^It’s a response to the usual misogyny from the usual misogynist on this site. I’m guessing that the mods agree with this person since they don’t do anything about it.
