Peter DeLuise was much more fun to watch in Rescue Me, but MJ & Bridget do a great job riffing this made-for-Canadian-TV cookie-cutter time-filler. According to IMDB, there are 36 movies based on Mary Higgins Clark novels; that’s a lot of potential riff-fodder, but I’m secretly hoping for the other three Freddie Trimball movies. C’mon, Bridget & Mary Jo, please bear the pain of the Teen movies so we can all be amused! Thank you, won’t you?
