Okay, that movie title is amazing.

The only person involved who has an MST3K movie connection is of course Joe Estevez, who was Joel in Werewolf and the title character in Sooooouuuuultaker.

“San Franpsycho” is also:
The name of a Bay Area community-based clothing brand (est 2001);
A Season Two episode of “What’s New, Scooby Doo?” (2004); and
A peach-flavored IPA from Anchor Brewing Company (first brewed 2018).

And all them are probably better than this movie.

Joe Estevez’s best movie was “Apocalypse Now”, where he played Capt Willard in about 1/5th of the scenes, while his brother was recovering from his heart attack… Even Francis Ford Coppola says he can’t distinguish between Martin or Joe’s scenes… eerie…what a career Joe might’ve had, if his brother had only gotten sick more often…

Apparently being a San FranPsycho means chewing ALL the scenery, then regurgitating it and chewing it again.

This Rifftrax is a winner — something about Joe Estevez brings me joy. He’s trying so hard in whatever nonsense he’s in, but it’s as if he just saw the lines and barely understands the situation.
