This is so cool, at the end of the interview, joel gives our movie riffing troupe (Cineprov!)another shout-out! Man, that guy is awesome.

This is a good in-depth interview with Joel. His answer about why he left MST3K is heart-breaking (“I was fighting with my partner in the venture Jim Mallon” @ 8:50) – I never heard him word it so plainly.
He again mentions the recent (2009) “Angels & Demons” film as being ripe for parody, so I strongly suggest he contact Mike Nelson at Rifftrax. A Mike+Joel commentary (plus whoever else shows up) would likely become the best selling RT product to date.
