Alzheimer’s. The thief that steals you right out of your body. I remember an episode of THE RIFLEMAN where Mark develops a terrible fever and Lucas travels all the way up into the New Mexico mountains for a cure. Snow. They packed it around Mark to bring his temperature down. If only real life could work like that. RIP

Oh, man, he was only 75, too! That’s so very much too young – too young to die, too young to have Alzheimer’s. He was such a cute kid, and in The Rifleman he came across as as a decent, resourceful, not-obnoxious one as well.
