Just got my ticket. Somehow I missed the last couple of these shows and I could kick myself. I wish Trace and Frank would release past shows in some way.

I hope they make lots of money for the food shelf. It stinks to be hungry in February.

Downloads of shows you get a ticket for are made available within a couple of days. I’m not sure about previous, missed shows. I suppose you could ask during the pre-show chat.

UPDATE: Got an email saying that the shorts Trace & Frank riffed on are available on the Dumb Industries Twitch channel. The message also said more content was on the way.

This should be awesome! The Choppers is my favorite Arch Hall Jr. movie (please don’t judge; we all have our quirks). If you haven’t seen it, enjoy the magnificent final showdown scene, and the songs “Konga Joe” and “Monkeys in My Hatband” in particular.

Great tip; thanks! In case anyone else is interested, here’s the link: Dumb Industries on Twitch
Also, the Q&A on the Choppers page says, “We are working on an option to access past events though, so stay tuned!”

While I miss the live shows at the Colonial, the Mads’ on-line shows are very funny, with great Q&A sessions afterward. They’ve even used a couple of questions I submitted. (When Rich “Svengoolie” Koz was the guest, my question was, “Universal Horror or Hammer Horror?” While all three respected Hammer, they preferred Universal.)

They’ve announced that Carolina Hidalgo will be their guest for the Q&A.

“some way”? DVDs aren’t good enough for you? ;-)

I don’t see any DVDs on their site.

I missed their previous shows… I was hoping someone would record them with their phone and just send it to me.. but I guess that doesn’t help the food pantry much.. The last Live Riff event we saw was Joel’s MST3K “Cheesy” tour in Montclair, NJ last March. We saw “Circus of Horrors” and everyone in the audience joked that we’d probably all get Corona from the packed crowd…that seems like a decade ago…. :(

I only meant “why not specify DVDs” instead of just saying “some way.” It seemed more whimsical last week. Sorry about that. :-|
