Wow. This is one hell of a ballsy move on their part. Fortunately, that clip was quite funny, all the same.

It’s official – there is no movie that can’t be riffed.

I think Casablanca being riffable is a long way from meaning something like Schindler’s List or Hotel Rwanda is.

I think they might have a hard time riffing, say, Freddy Got Fingered or Joe Dirt, even though they are indisputably terrible.

I’d replace “can’t be riffed” with “won’t be riffed.” There clearly are no criteria anymore.

I saw that bill let that one slip in his last interview. The fact that they actually did it and it seems funny makes me think this could start a whole new movement. Or probably just get me to shell out 4 bucks for this thing anyway.

I love old movies. I don’t even watch new ones anymore and haven’t in a few years. However I’ve never been able to get more than 20 minutes into this one without getting bored and changing it. That clip was hilarious though and may be the only way I ever make it all the way through that one.

Okay, I’ll be the party pooper.

Not everything is made better by riffing.

Blah blah blah. Movie buff rhetoric. Big fan of MST, but… etc. etc.

Which is why I won’t spend the four bucks, but I hope those that choose to enjoy their product.

It’s been 20 something years since I discovered you guys riffing movies. I recently rented an old classic “The Giant Leeches” to re-aquaint myself with what I’ve been missing. I forgot how fun it was watching you guys for so long. Thanks for all the laughs. I still tell friends to check out MST3K. It’s a genre that has to be experienced. It’s hard to explain it in words. I hope Joel and the boys (and Mary Jo) make it to New york sometime with their new venture!

I hate when I kick back with a bag of Flav-o-Fives just to find that Rifftrax has scrolled up a good cinema. I think Mike should be doppled into an anteater for this. My nuts?

Didn’t they already make fun of Casablanca in Overdrawn at the Memory Bank … ?

I just got around to watching this riff. First off, Casablanca is my favorite movie. Second, my friends and I have riffed it ourselves and had a blast. Third, the RiffTrax guys can make any movie funny to watch. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Only issue I had was that there aren’t many gaps in the dialogue so they had to riff over some lines. Then again, I pretty much know the movie by heart. Can’t wait for Citizen Kane.
