A question to people who have ordered their ticket for the Rifftrax live online show on Friday, has it shown up in the “my shows” section of your account yet? I ordered my ticket yesterday and that section of my account still says “no shows purchased yet”. Just wondering.

The clip for “Snap Out Of It” was just so-so, but this absurd short seems to have put them back into top form. I wonder if this teacher is related to the prop-comic minister in “Are You Ready for Marriage?”
Mine showed up almost immediately after ordering (but had a weird time stamp on it)Check it again and just email support if it doesn’t come through.
My ticket still hasn’t shown up in my account, but the order is showing up in my orders section, and the description says “grants access to Planet of Dinosaurs Live!” and has a link to what seems to be the page for the live show. But when I click on the link the page says “you are not permitted to view this page”, which I figure either means that the page is just not available until showtime, or that I’m not actually registered in their system as a valid ticket holder, which would be a problem for me. And another symptom of the problem has come to my attention. I had $2.03 in gift certificates left in my Rifftrax account which I used to pay for part of the live show ticket, but when I went to buy this new short last night that $2.03 was still listed in my account. The order seemed to go through fine when I placed it, and my paypal has registered the payout for the remaining $12.96 to Rifftrax, so I can only think that using that $2.03 as part of the payment caused some kind of snafu in their system so that it did not remove the $2.03, and didn’t register my ticket purchase anywhere but in my list of orders. I’ve emailed back and forth a couple of times with Conor from Rifftrax to tell him about all this, and he is forwarding it all to their web guy who he says will look it over and get back to me about it.
Well my ticket to the show is now showing up in my account, and everything seems to be fine (except that the $2.03 is still in my account, but I will just not use that until they take it out). Just posting once more because I’d like to let it be known that the Rifftrax folks sure will help you out right directly if there is a problem with anything.
