What’s nice is that I got my five RT movies yesterday and used the $10 bonus credit to buy this one. Huzzah!

I was one of the lucky ones at the impromptu riffing, and I highly recommend it. It actually beats out “Know For Sure” as my favorite short.

They should add “Mike Nelson aka Mike Nelson from MST3K” to the cover

I don’t know. The Shorts Volume 2 sounds good but the cooking short just isn’t popping for me, at least in the sample.

the cooking short was great. thank God I’m a guy or I would be offended. I’m going broke trying to keep up with all the Rifftrax, CT and Mst3k volumes that keep coming out. Do these guys have a stimulus package for me?

One thing I would like to add. I normal am very hesitant to order from sites, between shipping charges and the fact you never really know when you well get what you order. These guys are fantastic, both times i’ve ordered dvd’s they have been shipped the same day and here in 3 buisness days. Kudos to all the team at riftraxz, for runing such a great site, keep the laughs coming!

Odd…my post from yesterday disappeared? Anywho, I was just saying that the order I placed through the Rifftrax site has already shipped. I didn’t think the Vol. 2 DVD would be sent out until next month, but I guess it’s immediately available…at least through Rifftrax directly.

  14. Yeah, all of the DVDs are available thru us directly. I think that the amazon.com pre-orders as well as some other online and physical retail stores was 6/16

My post from yesterday disappeared too.

I always order directly from Rifftrax and use paypal. Same thing with CT. Never, EVER had a problem with either.

My question from yesterday: I find it odd that Rifftrax did a 3 Stooges movie. Has anyone seen it? Is it funny? I don’t really care for the 3 Stooges so it’d really have to be hilarious for me to want to buy “Swing Parade”.

Mine got here last week, and I watched it over the weekend–I was a little disappointed at the lack of Rifftones songs in the menus (I wanted to hear “When A Man Loves A Shark”, dangit!) but the shorts are fun stuff.

The head-and-shoulders winners are “One Got Fat” and “Harm Hides At Home”, but there are laughs in all of them (even the weakest, “Lunchroom Manners”, has some good lines.)

  17. Really great article, love the site. And the template is really nice – is this designed just for this site or is it a template you bought. I’m looking for a good one for one of my blogs (I have several).
