I hope one of those announcements is at least that rereleases of Vol. 8 and up are on the way. I refuse to indulge the scalpers charging 100 bucks for somebody’s used copy.

And Gypsy dressed as Jonah cracks me up way more than it should.

That’s the best image of what Cambot now looks like that I’ve seen so far.

Seriously, they can’t have an occasional sequence where Cambot is filming himself, or when Crow & Servo are filming Cambot (thus demonstrating how much worse they are at filming than Cambot is), or something like that?

“Tonight on Biography: Cambot, Elusive No More!”

Incidental to an incidental comment, in, uh, The One Where Gypsy Riffed About Steam-Cleaning The Horses (yes, I suppose I *could* look the title up…), Servo says to Joel, “You should’ve have stopped at two [bots]” meaning that if Joel had done so, whether or not Gypsy got to riff in the theater with the others wouldn’t be an issue.

If Gypsy was Joel’s third robot creation, after Servo and Crow, that implies that Joel didn’t create CAMBOT at all, that he was already on the ship when Joel arrived. Which makes perfect sense, because isn’t that how Joel and the Mads communicate with each other, through Cambot? So he’s the most integral character in the show yet almost constantly ignored. Not enough bell towers in the world for Cambot…

BTW, are the characters in the background supposed to be who they seem to be or are they also characters dressed up as other characters? I’m guessing the former.
