“It’s really bad; so bad, indeed, that it provides some sort of measuring tool against which to measure other bad thrillers. Years from now, I’ll be thinking to myself, well, at least it’s not as bad as THE DARK,” raves Roger Ebert!

From what I can tell, this movie isn’t very good.

You haven’t seen the film and you’re already riffing it?

Perhaps it was a dark and stormy night.

I have tried this one 3 times. I have yet to get thru it. It is the most effective sleep aid ever devised and even the guys can’t keep me awake while it’s playing.
The Dark makes Setting Up a Room look like a chapter of The Fast and Furious franchise.

The guys don’t seem to be as interested in it either, as there’s more energy put into a Star Wars Holiday Special callback riff.
(Let’s see, the monster roars…which reminds them of Chewbacca…which reminded Bill of Lumpy–Hey, I linked it in two!)
But hey, the title was on Amazon Prime, so you know the drill–Theirs is not to reason why.
Btw, does anyone even REMEMBER “Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever”, except for some ancillary data of bad box-office records or 0% RottenTomatoes? I had to look up IMDb just to remember what year it came out.
