Ward E UpdateOur Ward E section hasn’t had an update for a while, so here’s one.
In the Piano Bench, Ray Miskiavitch has transcribed the season 1 ditty “Clay ‘n’ Lar’s Flesh Barn.” Over in “Bit by Bit,” Laura Fox stepped up to the plate and took on episode 509- The Girl in Lover’s Lane, cranking out every single segment. And over in the List of Lists, our newest addition is the Likelihood for Rhino Release list, Travis Hosey’s extensive look at rights and Rhino. Far be it from me to denigrate anyone’s efforts, but the “Clay and Lar’s Flesh Barn” transcription has a couple of errors:
“You have a friend in Clay and Lar.”
should be
“You’ve got a friend in Clay and Lar.”
“You see all the cooking takes out all the flavor.”
should be
“You see, cooking takes out all the flavor.”
Pass that along, won’t you?
Just a quick nod to Travis Hosey’s extensive breakdown of what episodes may or may not be upcoming Rhino releases. The Sandy Frank movies in particular were a revelation…I’ve always thought that there was NO CHANCE those would ever be released. (I know none have yet, but the fact that it’s possible gives me hope – particularly episode 306 Time of the Apes!)
You know, I wonder now if Daddy O will ever be updated?
Daddy-O is working (in the small amount of spare time that he has) on an update, but it’s not imminent.
