Good news – Joel and Jonah’s podium switch is actually visible in this version!

This was such a great event. It’s really another MST3K Golden Age. Feel very lucky to be a MSTie these days.

Yay! As long as I get to see the last ten minutes I will be happy. Our theater lost the signal at the end of the show. Of course seeing the rest of the show again will be awesome too…

I’m afraid I’m going to have to request a Steve Vance special event mini poster for this.
Happy to pay for it, Steve.
Happy to pay for it.

I purchased the download. Great show! Really cool to see the all the performers. Josh and Jim were missed on my end. I always found Paul annoying as a performer so I didn’t miss him.
The shorts were all funny. I like how they split everyone up for each group’s short and then had them all up at the end for “riffapalooza”. Best of both worlds because we got to see everyone on stage at once and the group bits gave everyone space to shine.
The interactions between the various groups felt a little cringeworthy. Kevin, Bill, And Mike always have a weird energy in the live shows where they talk over each other a lot so maybe it just sprung from that.
Totally worth the price of the download in my eyes! (It was a little disappointing that they didn’t do a feature but the show was over 2 hours so I can’t blame them.)

Purchased, and because of my impatience, I’m sure to be spending more money on this when the blu-ray comes out. But it’s worth it, a true instant classic.

Saw twice in theaters – gonna wait for the Blu Ray. I’m still a physical media guy, I can’t help it.

Watched the VOD as part of my Kickstarter rewards. Will be getting it on disc as part of my rewards, too. I enjoyed everyone in that show, both in smaller groups and in the big super group send-off.

I think I’ll buy it on disc. The show belongs on my MST3K shelves.

The only non-free show ever? Yep, classics were on TV and new ones are included with Netflix.
I’ll pass.

The classics were on cable, which you or your parents paid for (unless you only watched the syndication package), and the new ones are on Netlix, which is also not free (unless you binge all the eps during the trial period).

This one was REALLY well done……….for a minute there, I was afraid that “Reunion” meant a show with everyone simply sitting up on a dais, randomly recalling great moments from their ‘glory days’, with a “moderator” vainly trying to keep everyone in line (i.e., “……and remember that one time we were all laughing so hard because Frank had just……, etc., etc.”).
Seems like Mike, and everybody else associated with Rifftrax have these ‘Event’ shows completely figured out, and are smartly sticking with what got them here……..simply continuing to riff on the many absurd moments captured by others on celluloid, in all their splendidly stupid glory !!!
Kudos to Rifftrax, long may you reign !!!

This was a wonderful experience. As others have pointed out, it takes a very special series to debut the host at the reunion special, and Jonah did very well (yes, he flubbed a line, but having seen numerous live shows of both Rifftrax and Cinematic Titanic, this is completely normal). Everyone seemed to really be happy to be together again, and they all had a lot of fun.
Which suggests that Jim Mallon was the problem, but that’s a whoooooole other discussion. :)
