Yeesssssssssss!
For those who haven’t seen this, it’s the Jon Mikl Thor film that wasn’t “Zombie Nightmare” and ZN was a better film. Plus the ending just completely goes off the rails. It’s a wonderfully bad film unriffed and has long been a film I wanted riffed.

Yahoo! Now we’ve got both Jon Mikl Thor cheesefests where they belong: Zombie Nightmare with MST and Rock n’ Roll Nightmare with Rifftrax. What is with Jon-Mikl and nightmares?
And, of course, goofy monsters…

someone pointed this out:
look at 103.51 into the movie (someone flips the bird in the background)

Not to be confused with Rock and Roll Martian.

the ending of this movie is, in all sincerity, one of the greatest things i have ever seen. i’m not too keen on rifftrax, but this is a must see riffed or (to me, preferably) unriffed.

Ya know, at least ZOMBIE NIGHTMARE had Adam West in it.

Agreed. The entire last 20-25 minutes is just pure cinematic bliss. This one is a keeper.

NICE! This movie is a trash classic! I saw it on the big screen last year, with Jon Mikl Thor in attendance! He sang a couple songs (accompanied by a lone guitar!) and did a Q&A, it was a really fun time. The people who put the event together hinted that maybe, just maybe, they would do a Zombie Nightmare screening in the future. Still waiting on that…
“You’ve overstepped your line again, Bub.”

And here I thought Birdemic was the first movie to have the greatest extensive dialogue-free driving scenes since Manos… Rock’n’Roll Nightmare fits right in-between.

Off-topic, but related: The live riff of Sharknado is available on Amazon Prime. They only have one episode of MST3K still available (Santa Claus), but you can see Sharknado in advance of the sequel’s turn.
If this was announced before, I apologize. I don’t think it was, however.

I love Rifftrax and these horrible b-movies. Wish I didnt lose my job a few months back. Got a new job but it doesn’t pay as much and I had to cut down on my purchases. Will hopefully get to rifftrax live sharknado 2 though????

YES!!! This was always one of my favorite video store discoveries. Definitely worthy of the Rifftrax treatment.

This is one of the most truly bizarre movies I have ever seen.
Also, the special effects are…indescribable.

The details of the interiors are really cool. It suits perfectly whether smaller or spacious place. Scalability wise it is for long term engagement also. I think I can use this as a reference for my future customers buying at this new launch apartment in Singapore http://www.high-park-condo.com/project-location/. Thanks for sharing keep it up!

Yes my high park condos all have demon skeletons in their ovens.

Just got done with this one. It truly makes Zombie Nightmare look like Citizen Kane in comparison, but the riffing is top notch. Things I learned…
– The gateway to hell resides in somebody’s oven in a farmhouse on a fairly busy highway in Canada.
– It takes several weeks for a lousy hair-metal band to record 10 minutes of album material.
– To use an abandoned barn to record said material, first spend hundreds of thousands to install a glass-walled control room in the hay loft and also rig up hundreds of strobes and light effects even though you’re just audio recording.
– You can distract the audience from the terrible numbers in your musical by making the incidental background music even more annoying.
– Being possessed by a demon has some benefits, such as you improve as a drummer and lose your horrible phony Australian accent.
– The Devil’s ultimate weapons are foam rubber bath toys he will toss at you gently.
