In various episodes, whenever’s there an extreme closeup, or, in the case of the Hired short, when the father puts the hankerchief on his head, “AHH!”
From the Violent Years, as Paula’s higher-up tells her not to get caught busting up the classroom because “you’re no good to me in the clink.” Crow responds, “KLINK!” in a good impression of General Buckhalter.

Besides everything that’s already been mentioned, one comes to mind.
In Hercules when a certain character’s name is mentioned.
Crow: “a FETUS?”

“Gooooood morning!”
I’d also like to point out the frequent “EEEEWWWWWWWW” responses (notably to Arch Hall Jr’s face).

Another from ‘Touch of Satan’ when dried apple head crashes in Servo goes, “Grandma Kramer!”

If the riff itself doesn’t get me each time, Mike’s spontaneous and legitimate laugh does.

From 0213 – Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster:
After the robber and the three “kids” are climbing the rocks and a rock fell down, Crow says, ” Spread out!” in such a way that it gets me every time.
Kind of like Bill Corbett saying “Is it?” To the narrator talking about a constellation in the short about tubes or whatever before the Manos Rifftrax.
Something about how the words are said just crack me up.

From Horror of Party Beach:
“Batch man!”
