from Danger! Death Ray! “Watermelon Man” It still kills me every time.
Two more from Boggy Creek II:
Dr. Batch: I don’t want to alarm anyone, but…
Mike: RUUUUNN!
And
Crow: Lucy… Braless!
as Ator: I’m HUGE!
from various: Dickweed!
as Trumpy: Delicious kitty… new potatoes… little potatoes
In various episodes, whenever’s there an extreme closeup, or, in the case of the Hired short, when the father puts the hankerchief on his head, “AHH!”
From the Violent Years, as Paula’s higher-up tells her not to get caught busting up the classroom because “you’re no good to me in the clink.” Crow responds, “KLINK!” in a good impression of General Buckhalter.
Pudding!
Besides everything that’s already been mentioned, one comes to mind.
In Hercules when a certain character’s name is mentioned.
Crow: “a FETUS?”
Not really a riff, but “MRXL”.
In the spirit of Easter:
“BARABBAS!!!”
She Creature:
Detective: Ted?
Crow (as Ted): Breast?
Leech Woman:
Sally: So you do admit to spending time with her.
Crow (as Neil): Sustained.
Space Mutiny:
Beef McLargehuge: Listen, lady!
Lea: That’s Doctor!
Crow (As Slab Crunchfist): DOCTOR Lady!
“Gooooood morning!”
I’d also like to point out the frequent “EEEEWWWWWWWW” responses (notably to Arch Hall Jr’s face).
Another from ‘Touch of Satan’ when dried apple head crashes in Servo goes, “Grandma Kramer!”
MRxL is used as a riff in “Horrors of Spider Island”
From Santa Clause Conquers the Martians:
Announcer: “And there’s only one direction you can go from here.”
Crow: “To Hell.”
Another one I remembered:
Cop: “Why do you avoid the word? Everyone else is using it.”
Crow: “Groovy”
– I Was a Teenage Werewolf
In Time Chasers, this is the answer to that eternal question of “What would MacGiver do?”
“Get cancelled!”
Another classic from Space Mutiny:
“Railing kill!”
From Horror of Party Beach: “MY SKULL!”
If the riff itself doesn’t get me each time, Mike’s spontaneous and legitimate laugh does.
“Cornjob?”
I’m HUGE!
Tor-CHA..!!!
LOOK POLISH!
ROSDOWER…!!!!
Canadian Manix
“…but musty!”
–Joel, Attack Of The Giant Leeches
“Gentle Pressure.”
From Alien from LA: TEATS!!!!
From The Mole People: The Load!
From Giant Spider Invasion: PACKERS!!!
“Sounds painful”.
From 0213 – Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster:
After the robber and the three “kids” are climbing the rocks and a rock fell down, Crow says, ” Spread out!” in such a way that it gets me every time.
Kind of like Bill Corbett saying “Is it?” To the narrator talking about a constellation in the short about tubes or whatever before the Manos Rifftrax.
Something about how the words are said just crack me up.
From Horror of Party Beach:
“Batch man!”
