Yay! I’m really enjoying these. And the every-other-week-or-so release schedule works well for the serial. If you’re waiting to buy a whole bunch of them at once and watch them together, I wouldn’t recommend that strategy. The shorts are quite repetitive, though not as bad as Rocket Men From The Moon. The guys are doing a swell job of keeping the riffing fresh, though.

The “Gabe” jokes just keep on coming, but otherwise I have really enjoyed the series so far and hope that they do complete it. This is not to say that they should automatically do other serials, but this one is just goofy enough to work.

Get this… Robin’s “wild ride” actually happens in the first three minutes of this short. Like the “tunnel of terror” happens in the first two minutes of “Robin’s Wild Ride.” They must have been a little out of sync in how they divided up this serial.

So Batman doesn’t get trapped til the next chapter? Spoiler alert! These titles make no sense. I’m still waiting for Batman to take over.

Oh wow, another thing I noticed… in that well-appointed room inside the ramshackle cabin, there’s an inexplicable MAP OF LOS ANGELES on the wall. Let’s just get rid of the “Gotham City” lie once and for all.

Awesome! These are some of my favorite releases from Rifftrax! Can’t wait for the whole collection.

When were these made? Because Batman referenced “TV” but as a wealthy playboy – wouldn’t he have had one instead just a radio? Wouldn’t he have used that to “get the ladies”? (Or maybe to line up a slew of replacement “Robins”? I’m not clear on which way he’s going. It doesn’t matter.)
“Hey, come on over to my place. I have a television with a 6 inch screen. Oh, yeah.”
I am LOVING these! :D
