Here are my top ten, in episode order:
• 204- CATALINA CAPER–“Creepy Girl”–a newly arrived Kevin steps up and shows what the new Servo can do.
• 302- GAMERA–“Tibby, oh Tibby.” Do you realize a robot just sang a love song to a turtle?
• 309- THE AMAZING COLOSSAL MAN–The Plant Guy aka “Robert Plant.” Played with the exact amount of condescending smugness.
• 321- SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS–Patrick Swayze Christmas–Kevin’s Tom is the glue that holds this whole classic bit together.
• 406- ATTACK OF THE GIANT LEECHES–Patches The Leech (actually the funniest part is the outtake on the Poopie tape).
• 409- THE INDESTRUCTIBLE MAN–one of the cops. While Mike is busy goofing with Frank, Kevin is deep in character. Great stuff.
• 521- SANTA CLAUS–Santa. And a Santa that kicks ass no less!
• 612- THE STARFIGHTERS–The United Servo Academy Men’s Chorus sing. An overdubbed tour-de-force for Mr. Murphy.
• 903- THE PUMA MAN–Roger Whitaker. Kevin approximates Roger’s folksy joviality and that’s enough.
• 910- THE FINAL SACRIFICE–“I Wish I Was Back in Old Canada.” An immediate sensation when it aired. “Pardon moi! Pardon moi!” “Pardonnez-moi. Pardonnez-moi.” (Thanks, Diamond Joe)
What are yours?
Here are my favorites just at the top of my head:
1. In Leech Woman, Tom doing cowboy, “com’on missy’
2. Any time Tom sings especially ‘where the children pl aaaaaaa y’
3. Bobo hating Law Giver Daze

“No, that’s a pierogie. A creamhorn. A crumbhorn. A tiramisu. A zuppa ingliese. A blintz. A blini. A baklava. . . ”
and
“This has been the official bio-pic of Larry Fine.”

I forget the episode, but I love Tom Servo’s Theme Song (“bigger than life… bigger than you”) and still sing it all the time.
Though I love em all, I think Kevin is my favorite person on the show.

Kevin Murphy is staggeringly talented. Just when I think I’ve seen the episodes enough times to know my favorite lines, I’ll hear a quip by Tom Servo and I swear it’s like I’m hearing it for the first time. Kevin seems to always hit it out of the park, making me double over anew at his smallest mumbled innuendo. Don’t get me wrong: the dynamic between all of the cast members made this show so great, but I just have a little soft spot for Tom Servo.
I can’t remember the episode, but one of the characters in the film is complaining about how it’s his job to worry, or how he’s really worried, etc. and Tom says softly “Well, I wouldn’t worry about it.” His inflection and tone just kill me.
Can’t remember this episode either, but when he and Crow are dictating to Joel posing as stenographer. Joel asks a question and Tom snarls something like, “Keep typing, PEGGY.”
Forget the ep again, but when Tom is dressed as a rotund wealthy English squire, preparing for bingo. I love his flapping cigarette holder.
When he trills “Oh, Sweet Mother of Mine,” to succor the space gorilla, I’m transported back to my youth, singing in the choir in church. I love his angelic voice and the understated pathos of the song.
First Spaceship On Venus, when Tom rises in his seat to touch up the lipstick on the blonde announcer, played by Eva-Maria Hagen, Nina Hagen’s mother. I love any time he leaps up to kiss the screen ladies, or discreetly gazes into a bosom.
Giant Spider Invasion: Bobo finally gets to save the day by vanquishing the evil pod creatures!
I forget the episode, but when as Bobo he stacks the boxes a la the “how smart is the chimp” experiment. His teetering is funny, and alarming.
parts: the clonus horror when Scooter tortures poor “Tante Bobo” and nails him repeatedly in the crotch. I love the idea of Tante Bobo. His restrained rage is very funny.
I just watched Devilfish and Tom is terrific as a Broad Italian Stereotype. The forced giggling over the end credits that he shares with Crow is impossible not to join in on, especially when Tom lets out that hysterical, yipping laugh.
Screaming Skull, when Tom becomes a beautiful butterfly. I love the little trill his nectar-sipping proboscis makes.
Track of the Moon Beast: Tom shoots a little baby satellite with his bow and arrow. His little sobs just tug at my heart.
I think one of the biggest laughs I’ve ever enjoyed from the show was when, in A Case of Spring Fever, we are contemplating the actors leaning over the trunk of the car and Tom chirps “More gray asses!”

There are alot, but I have to strongly disagree with Puma Man-that part was very unfunny and very dated. (It was a funny episode but I found it too dated, and yes I grew up in the 90s, born in 82)
One of my favorite actually was Delta Knights-I found that singing Servo part funny.
And my all time favorite is my favorite episode Space Mutiny. Bobo trying to get the keys was so funny!

More:
The Servo bit in Starfighters is good, I only saw it once though, earlier this year.
The satellite part in Track is good as well.
I really love Bobo interrupting the song in Overdrawn!
Riffing the movie by himself in Neptune Men was a treat! “Hey I’m pretty funny!”
Bobos soul in Soultaker. (I have not seen that episode in a long time so I can’t quite remember it that well)

I’m surprised the KITTEN WITH THE WHIP moment isn’t on here since it irritated Kevin so much. He appears in a decidingly stupid cat suit, has a leather whip and talks like the sidekick from Top Cat. Just seeing Kevin in that stupid cat outfit still makes me laugh. It’s even more laughable in the turkey Day Bumpers because he even starts acting more like a cat.
BTW: This has not led me to believe that Kevin is a furry.

and in regard to anyone fighting over characters replacing other characters-I really dont think it matters when you started watching the show.
The first episodes I ever watched were actually mst3k hour syndicated ones with joel, clayton and frank but I much preffer Mike, pearl, bobo and observer.
overall Bobo was one of my faves-wish he would have started earlier in the run of the show.

oh-one more- I dont know if anyone else said this one yet-I think its in jack frost-bobo is trying to read something-and he clearly can’t read-and he’s making these adorable noises while trying to sound out words and finally he’s just like “it says your a dodo head!” or something, to observer.
