Bought it, but haven’t been able to watch it yet. Lately, the Rifftrax site gets slow whenever they release a new VOD. Looking forward to it, though.

Yes! This will make a good double-feature with East Meets Watts. I love the 70’s movies they do.

This should be great.

If Rifftrax and Cinematic Titanic ever did a show together,Rifftrax could do this one and CT could do East Meets Watts(like Rob said). This one looks really funny,by the way.I wonder if Rifftrax will ever do DOLEMITE or any of the other movies Rudy Ray Moore did? Those would be perfect..Would like to see more movies from the 70’s for them to do,too..

I’ll make my own silhouette of the rifftrax guys in big fros and/or one of those big floppy hats and tape it on the TV..

I just watched this movie as part of a collection of “Kung Fu” movies – scary bad with horrible acting – perfect for Rifftrax!

Gonna be my Friday Night Highlight! Can’t wait!

I saw this last night and I cannot even come up with words to describe this. East Meets Watts is Hamlet, Citizen Kane, and Chinatown compared with this movie. It truly needs to be seen to be appreciated. Great selection.

I’m so there on this one. Downloading now. Will report back tomorrow.

I first saw this movie a few months ago and have been making fun of it ever since. This movie honestly makes “Shaft in Africa” look like “Citizen Kane”. I can’t wait to see the Rifftrax treatment of it.

So, between this one and “East Meets Watts”, CT and RT will have to flip a coin to see who gets to do “Black Belt Jones”.

Between this and getting the new episode of Red Dwarf I do not plan on leaving the house tonight at all.

The way they are pumping these VOD out it’s almost like the old days. Tuning in every week for a new episode. Awesome! Keep it up guys!

OK. I got through half of this movie last night before I fell asleep (it was very a long day). So far, I think this is one of my all-time favorite RT VODs. The movie is perfect for riffing and the RT Crue totally knock it out of the park. I would say that half of the many laughs come from the riff comments and the other half come from the movie itself. This one is definitely a keeper. Definitely buy it.

This looks hilarious. For a full-on parody of the blaxploitation genre, I hope you’ve all seen “Black Dynamite.”

I’m about halfway through this thing. *sigh* IMDb says that most people only made this movie (or this movie + one other). Only the director of photography had been involved with more than 5 films. These people might be the only people in a film who are more than 6 degrees away from Kevin Bacon.

I’ve seen the whole thing twice. It is officially my favorite Rifftrax. Classic.

Forgetting for a moment how great this riff is (and it’s pretty great) does anyone other than myself think they should start ALL RTs VODs this way? With a shot of the guys sitting around explaining the setup for the film?
I forgot how much I missed seeing them (from the live shows) and it brought back a reminder of the old MST3K days when we had the interludes. Disembodied voices are okay, but nothing beats a little face time. I realize it might be a problem in terms of logistics (are they even in the same room anymore when they riff?) but it sure brought this one to life for me.
I’d love to see this continue (and they could even expand it with an ending “stinger” sort of thing where they just shake their heads over how bad things were). It doesn’t really require much (if any) writing — just let them be themselves for a minute or two.

Thank you Mike “ex-genius” Kelly!!! I totally agree.

Great idea Mike! I’d love to see them too.

I’m sad to admit that, for the first time, the movie won. They just could not save it this time. Perhaps, in the years to come, when I re-watch it, my opinion of this VOD will change.

One of their best ever. Definitely going in my top ten fav Rifftrax and, yes, as good as some of their better work during the sci-fi years.
