Not to be confused with the equally-pathetic Superman villain Toyman,
Wait, WHICH “pathetic Superman villain”?
The low-rent Joker from the Superfriends cartoon, the slob hacker from one of the “edgy” DC Animateds, or the new retconned rich/snotty tech-genius Asian kid?
(That’s the problem with DC, you step out to the men’s room for a couple minutes and they change the entire canon while you’re gone.)

Clearly they’re referring to the living marionette Toyman from Alex Ross’s Superfriends love letter miniseries “Justice.”
My favorite Toyman is the one from the Superman animated series. Lame? Sure, but heebie-jeebies inducing. Not many Superman villains manage to be creepy.
