Favorite costume worn by one of the robot pals in an episode. My favorite costume on a robot is the monkey mask Tom Servo is wearing during the Sandy Frank song. It makes me laugh every time I see it, every single time!
Oh, I have to pick Tom Servo’s candy striper outfit. Grrrr!
What’s yours?
CROW AS THE STRIPPER IN GIRL IN GOLD BOOTS. WELL WAIT, WAS HE IN A COSTUME??
ALSO TOM SERVO WHEN HE HAD THAT REAL HEAD WAS A MIND BLOWER, I CRY EVERY TIME I SEE THAT.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST WHEN TOM HAD THE HUMAN TRUCK DRIVER BODY WITH THE LITTLE BOOTS.
WHAT MOVIE IS THAT FROM?

I believe it has been eluded to up above, but for best Bot costume I’d have to go with Servo’s Howdy Doody head (#610, I think) because nothing beats good old fashioned nightmare fuel.
Crow as Jack Elam, also a winner.

I like the dress tom wore in jack frost at the end. The cheerlead out fit is also good.

Crow’s actual pencil used for his pencil mustachioed train engineer get up was brilliant. Tom as a Canadian Mountie. Gypsy as Kitty Reed.

I forgot about Servo as a Mountie.
I also forgot about Servo and Crow as Commando Cody and Radar Man Krog, respectively.

I liked Crow and Tom in their bathrobes from Hellcats. And Tom’s short-lived “real boy” head, mostly for the reaction from the rest of the crew. Gypsy:”I’m going to be ILL!…”

Crow as the hell-dog from Manos!

Love all these.
One not mentioned that makes me laugh is Tom in The Sinister urge. His front panel makes it look like he has a belly, just like in all cop movies. There’s a cop with a big belly.

Two I didn’t see mentioned:
Tom as the Butterfly (hilarious!)
AND
Mike is a robot (he even did a segment in the theater with his little antenna!!!)

I love it whenever Tom is in drag but I think I have to go with his squirrel costume from The Sword and the Dragon experiment.
Crow as a Solarite from The Phantom Planet. It IS a very good costume!
Special mention for the human hosts:
Joel as the High Priest of “Pies”(or Feetos, if you prefer), the parody of The Master from Manos: The Hands of Fate
And finally Mike really enjoying his hazing after crossing the Equator in Kitten With A Whip(but only because Mike as Torgo is a way too obvious choice).
Oh what the Heck, Forrester and Frank as Billy Jean King and Bobby Riggs

Crow on the analyst couch wearing “sensible pants.”
Tom in The Girl in Gold Boots sporting a scarf over his bubble.
Crow is great in his jester outfit.
Gypsy is always lovely.

I liked the turf wars. Crowmagnon’s vs The Hovermother’s. Like Mike said “lets dialog”.

Crow as the demon dog and as a bear but I also like the spare Crow: “Later we will take stuff and do it right?”
Tom as Brigadier “Bullhead” Servo, as a Delta lady, and as a candy striper. Some puppets can really wear the dress.
Gypsy as Kitty Reed
Mike as Gary, the sleazy manager of the dancers in Spider Island. “Mm, Gary likes that.”
Joel, as the Blofeld-like villain in Double 007. “I know.”

I have to go with Crow’s briefly viewed, but completely memorable “Native American Sidekick from the TV show Renegade” complete with big shouldered leather jacket and flowing, jet black hair. What experiment was that, Angel’s Revenge? I think that’s the one where the Mads were obsessed with boosting ratings, also featuring TV’s Frank’s famous, “I’m Tugg McGraw” line reading.

Crow as the Belarian woman on Space Mutiny, with that frizzy wig and the big red lips.
Also, Crow as the creature from Phantom Planet, and Mike and Servo appear annoyed by it.
As for Servo, when he’s dressed as a biker, with the scarf around his head
and
when he’s dressed as a nurse on It Lives by Night.
