“apropos of nothing…” Maybe he just found Rifftrax??? Sometimes it is hard to remember that not everyone has a passion for MST3K – they enjoyed it, was sad that it left the air waves, but then didn’t give it a second thought.
He’s not one of those folks who was clamoring for more riffs for bad movies. He didn’t RUSH to the Legend Films website to buy the autographed copies of “House on Haunted Hill” with Mike riffing. He didn’t come to this site to see “This Date…” and all of the other wonderful things that go on here.
We have to remember that we are an unusual breed, and when others stumble upon RT and CT they want to tell others who are like them – enjoyers, but not fanatics. :)

Well said MissT3K. It’s funny that I never thought of myself as a fanatic until I started to check off everything that you mentioned in my head. I still remember when I heard Mike Nelson was riffing “Reefer Madness”. I was so desperate for anything new that was MST3K related that I coudn’t order my copy fast enough.

It’s good to offer. And I have been taught about this article. And will be used in everyday life.

Liked the article, though I’m wondering about the “apropos of nothing” disclaimer.
The article explains that the writer only recently discovered the new work from the performers they’d loved years ago.
