Mine, has to be from episode 506- EEGAH!, when Frank had his blood replaced with anti-freeze. Great performance–funny and even a little poignant.

In “Teenage Crimewave when Frank ‘n Forrester had to stretch out the end of the show with the many ways to attack with designer Mace.
The animated series “PHANTOM 2040” paid tribute to MST3K when the villain told her robot-henchman to “Push the Button, Frank.”
It’s hard to describe two of my favorite Frank scenes without stooping to prose. So I shall.
TV’s Frank meets Fisty.
Fisty (aka Dr. F’s clenched right hand with googly eyes stuck to the knuckles) bounds up to a distracted-looking Frank. “Hello, TV’s Frank. My name is Fisty.”
Frank is fascinated. “If that don’t beat all. Tell me, why do they call you Fisty?”
“Um, here’s why,” Fisty says, then gives Frank a gentle tap on the cheek.
Frank’s delighted. “Ha-ha! That’s Fisty…”
And then Fisty clocks Frank.
Dr. F stands up and peers at Fisty. “Nice work, Fisty. Push the button.”
Fisty replies, “Live to serve.”
Dr. F realizes that this is all being filmed and pushes the button.

TV’s Frank receives a consultation from Dr. Fist.
Frank is daydreaming once more, saying, “I’m Dr. Frank, physician and bon-vivant.”
Offscreen, Dr. F is annoyed and says, “Oh, Dr. Frank, there’s a Dr. Fist here to see you.”
Still in his own little world, Frank says, “Well, send him in – ” but then catches on. “Wait a second, I’m not falling for that again.”
Dr. F’s tone becomes urgent. “Frank, he wants to consult with you; he says it’s very, very important.”
Frank considers the words. “Important? Consult? Well, I am a doctor after all…send him in.”
Dr. Fist (aka Fisty, now with a light reflector over his eyes) bounds in again.
Frank is ready, eager to listen to his colleague. “Ah, Dr. Fist, tell me what – ”
And then Fisty clocks Frank.
Dr. F stands after Frank falls. “Sometimes it’s just too easy,” he says.
I think my favorites have all been covered– the Cave Dwellers intro gets me every time (“Because if you can’t find peace within…”), and for sustained Frankitude the Turkey Day bumpers with him hosting dinner (“He’s an angel. He’s a pixie! He’s an angel…”). And I’ll always identify him with the MST staple “Oh-ho-ho, well, I… huh?”
Funny to see that he’s got such fervent detractors, but I loved the character, his delivery, and his appreciation of ‘the unfunny as funny,’ which shares a lot with Bob & Ray, also favorites of mine. If I remember correctly, he was credited in the ACEG with the Creeping Terror segment featuring Mike standing there doing nothing while listening to the annoying music from the movie. With a comment like “if Frank had his way, the segment would’ve gone on another five minutes.” (I hope I’m remembering all of that correctly.) Sublime stuff. And I find the hilariousness of that in direct contrast to later shows’ painful over-reliance on repetition, which I can sum up in four words: “Staaayyyy! Stop it. Jeeeeeddd!”
I can see why some people didn’t grok to Conniff’s style, especially with his tendency to spoof hackneyed old comedy bits. For me, his character (even that inspired name, “TV’s Frank”) was one of the key reasons I became a rabid fan right out of the gate.
Well, since pretty much every Frank moment has already been listed, I will be the one to break the rules (I think…) and mention “Poopie!”.
Frank’s laughing fit at the line, “I don’t fink on soul brother!” is infectious. I defy you not to giggle. Or his over-the-top laugh at “Well, Kevin’s Irish but I’m Danish.” I love how everyone just stops for a moment, then burst out laughing.
The invention exchange from Mighty Jack (#314), hands down.
“The name’s Bond… Frank Bond.”
“And I’m Ursula Andrews.”
“I knooooow!”
And then, in reaction to Dr. F’s fantastic gams, Frank says, “I want children.” I lose it every single time.
