I just made spastic arm movements of joy that caused my roommate to think I was have a seizure. Particularly as I was speechless with delight.
I know what I’m asking Santa for Christmas. And I have my sword at the ready in case the devil tries to get his greasy mitts on it first…

Mine’s in the bag.
Ah, it doesn’t take much to make me happy and make me smile with glee.

Please can we have Gypsy next? And please some scene selections?
So, when’s XVII?

I think the next figure should be Johnny Longtorso, and they could place little bits of him in each susbsequent box set.
Also, they should release Jungle Goddess.

#54, You’re a very sick person.
I’d suggest The Creeping Terror, except that it would probably take four or five years to get to stores.

Wow I love the Johnny Longtorso idea, I seriously think they should put a piece of him into every new set. That’s brilliant, and very much in the spirit of the show.

I like the Johnny LongTorso idea too, but I’d hate it if they actually did it. Look Ma! I got a forearm!

I think this will be the last figurine, I don’t see them doing gypsy (too large) or any of the actual actors. Crow’s been waiting for his buddy.

Wow, three of my favorite episodes (especially Warrior of the Lost World), an episode I haven’t seen yet (Corpse Vanishes), MORE of those nifty Steve Vaaa-a-a-a-ance (Barbara Hale voice) pulp art mini posters, AND a (this time much more accurate looking) Servo figure?! Shout Factory, you guys continue to exceed expections, thanks!

‘fess up everyone- How many of us have the Crow figurine sitting near the bottom right corner of the tv set?

Sorry, my Crow guards my MST3k (and all related) dvds.

Now we need GI Joe style action figures of Mike, Joel, Frank, Dr F., Pearl, Bobo and Brain guy….. maybe also Torgo (with pizza) and Mr B.

I am really looking forward to this one! And if I’m not mistaken, SF! usually announces the next volume contents about 4 to 6 weeks after the recent release.

I was going to ask for this from Santa. But, I’m not taking the chance I don’t get a Servo figure. Deal with it, pink boy!

obsidian @60. My Crow stands on a bookshelf next to my Robbie the Robot figure from my Forbidden Planet SE DVD. Tom will be joining them soon. I hope there is no jealousy or hard feeling.

Got it today, but I haven’t been home yet to peruse the contents of the set. I’ve been waiting years to replace my fan copies of Warrior of the Lost World and Santa Claus and now I can.
Servo will be sitting to the right of last year’s Crow on my entertainment stand.

Got mine at Borders yesterday (I had an E-mail coupon). I loved the interview with ‘Warrior Of The Lost World’ director Robert Worth. Even he admits that movie was a piece of ****.
Love the Tom figure, now I hope they’re working on a Gypsy figure for the next one.

I got the alert that my pre-order shipped Monday. Should be here by Thursday or Friday. Can’t wait. Crow needs a pal. He’s standing all alone beside the Blackhawk mug signed by Bobby Hull. Yes, my interests are rangy.

The Turkey Day materials/extras are especially good, since I had no idea what all the talk about it/them has been concerning it here.
And the TS figurine is looking good. Will have to put it by the tv when playing his concern about Santa and the reindeer faring in outer space.

Just got it yesterday. Fantastic set. The Servo is awesome, just the right size to go with Crow. The documentary on “Santa Claus” is hysterical, but also kind of interesting. I love Kevin talking about how he spun Paul around over his head for twelve takes! Paul was not amused.

I just bought mine at best buy. Night of the blood beast when you hit play movie it then moves to an x ray of tom servo and then it says regular or thanksgiving.

Im really happy (no pun intended) with the set…I kept Servo in the original packaging until I get a cool container for both Crow and Servo to cohabitate in..Im really impressed with SF’s job on their sets…
Cant wait for Volume 17 which has a long anticipated episode for me : the Crawling Eye

Did anyone else not get posters?

They should have as a free extra, a figurines figurine. You know, the 70’s diet snack bar.
Hello?

I’m still waiting for mine. I placed my order a couple of weeks ago, but no sign yet. Hopefully, it’ll make its way up here soon…

Mine came in the mail last night and I watched the Turkey Day segments (only viewable separate from the feature) while I got ready to attend a KISS concert. What a glorious night it was!

I’m still waiting  But waiting’s half the fun!

Amazon shipped my Vol. XVI set on Monday and I received it today. The Tom Servo figurine looks great and I’m going to start watching at least one of the DVDs tonight. Great job, Shout Factory.

Any word on when the standard edition of this set is released?

I’m watching “Santa Claus” right now on the new DVD set and it %&#*ing rules. The Tom Servo has taken its honored place next to the Crow. I can’t wait for the Blu-Ray.
Merry Christmas, Carol (which is a woman’s name and I want this post to be all inclusive)!

Got mine and you can’t have it!
But you can watch them all with me  Yes! Santa Claus!

I thought about going out and stealing a copy, but a voice in my head said “No Lupita!”

Got mine on Saturday 28th. Very nice little set and on the bonus feature front Shout!Factory have rammed this set with a lot.

Got my copy, will probably watch it over the weekend (it’s a busy week here.) Looks good, though!

Got mine yesterday, and watched Night of the Blood Beast. I brought my Servo figurine to work to take it’s place next to Crow on my monitor. Only complaint is that Servo is slightly larger scale than Crow. [/nitpick]

Ahhhhh! WOTLW in GLORIOUS DVD quality! Now I just need “Day the Earth Froze” and I’m totally happy!
Also, what’s the deal with all of these movie directors, David Worth and Jon Mikl Thor wearing sunglasses for their interviews?

Whoo! Got mine today from UPS. Shout and Amazon rock. Needless to say, this is gonna be the most Robert Ginty-est week ever! haha *Admires his Tom Servo figure at home with Crow on his entertainment shelf*

anyway, i too should be receiving my dvd set in a few days…excited to see WOTLW since i’ve never seen it before…servo will go next to tom and vegeta from dragonball z next to the tv…i don’t really collect toys and the like but everyone has a few…

I called up my local Best Buy yesterday and inquired about them having the set. After a few minutes of checking, the girl said they didn’t have it at the store OR in the warehouse.
I decided to go there anyways (there was also a CD I wanted), and lo and behold the collection was there. Oh happy day. Tom Servo is now next to Crow on the dresser my TV is placed on, and they both watched me watch Night of the Blood Beast. LOVED those Turkey Day vignettes. Fantastic, thank you Shout Factory!

btw…is track of the moonbeast one of the films that will never be released due to licensing? i think i saw it on a sci-fi collection bundle of 50 films, so i’m pretty sure it’ll be able to be released in the future…that one really really needs to be seen! –sam–
chicken…corn…ooonionss!

My wife pre-ordered this about two weeks ago, it’s one of the few times she’s told me ahead of time what she’s getting for me….
…of course, I begged her to get the LE version with Tom’s figurine! So hopefully it will show up soon!
I’m very encouraged by the number of people who have responded to this set; perhaps this means SF is making enough money on it to continue getting sought-after titles, like The Final Sacrifice for Volume XVII. In any event, Shout! is doing one helluva good job with these sets!

I was able to pick mine up at the local Best Buy… there one and only copy. I doubt they’ll restock. They never have with any of the Rhino or earlier Shout releases.
The Servo figure is pretty nice… even if the trains on the hoverskirt are a little “season 3ish.”

I may be imagining things but was it this set or perhaps the next one that’s supposed to have some easter eggs?
In any case, mine arrived last night and as usual I immediately watched all the special features which continue to be great. That Santa Claus documentary was very entertaining.
The Tom figurine is awesome. I just wish they would’ve stuck an additional base on him with a name plate to match Crow. Not a complaint, just a comment. :)

Oh, it’s all well and good for y’all! I preordered mine 3 months ago and Amazon says it won’t arrive until well into January. The pains of living in England…
