Insidious earworms? They can come from a riffed film or they can be something the guys did. For example, I have both the slimy salamander song from ‘Untamed Youth” and o/` “Poo…maman… he flies like a moron o/` thoroughly lodged in my head as I write. Help me.
Me, I would pick, from Batwoman: o/` You know, the devil made this movie for you…” o/’
What’s your pick?
Why did they have to shoot my scarf?
I am the twisted lonely guy…
Let’s watch the kids go to their fate,
They’ll disappear into the woods,
It’ll be days before they’re found,
Cornjob will be blamed.

“That’s a great stew. What’s in it?”
“Whole lot of things.” (rattlesnake, Velveeta) “Chicken, corn, green peppers, chili, onions, uh,” (hair) “well, it’s an old recipe around here.”

Bobo singing ASIA — “Now, sure as the sun will cross the sky.” In fact, I thought I had successfully forgotten about both the song and the band, until I saw RIDING WITH DEATH. And of course since RIDING WITH DEATH is one of my very favorite episodes I will NEVER get this song out of my head. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

For some reason, the :musicnote: “Secret Agent ….(bah-baaaah!)…. Super Dragon …. (bah-baaahh!)” :musicnote: bit seems to be the one that I CAN’T SEEM TO GET OUT OF MY HEAD.
Also, as has been mentioned a time or two, the :musicnote: “Forklift” :musicnote: song… that’s a perennial “pop into my head for no reason at all and then not go away” tune.
Finally, yes… the Haunting Torgo Theme… well, haunts me. Does not help that it happens to be the ringtone on my phone. ;-) :musicnote:

Oh! And whenever I hear the words “The Bronx” I immediately hear Tom singing about leaving the Bronx.
“…Come on, leave Bronx. Baby! LEEEEEAAAAVE Bronx!…”
Every. Time.

“It’s the 80s, do a lot of coke and vote for Ronald Reagan.” I sing that whenever something pastel or new wave-y hoves into view. Can’t help it.
Also, “are you happy in your work, do you never, ever shirk” is the one line that always repeats whenever I’m at work, and seriously considering shirking.

Also, the thoroughly irritating music playing in the background while Flippy the Budget Porpoise loses his dignity in REVENGE OF THE CREATURE. My wife literally said tonight, “It will be days before I can get that music out of my head.”

“Yes the Devil made this movie for you.”
That’s been going through my head all day.

I guess my contribution is more of an “eyeworm”. Whenever I pass a body of water I hear in my head “This is where the fish live.”
More often than not I’ll even say this out loud, even with passengers in my car. The reaction from passengers, both MSTies and norms, are often entertaining.

Gotta love the Canada song the M&TBs sing during “Final Sacrifice”. I mean, where does Canada get off sharing a border with a country far superior to it?? (BTW, are you gonna be a Mountie or a fishing guide when you grow up?)
