Edie Adams, RIP

LOS ANGELES–Tony Award winning Edie Adams, the blonde beauty who played the television foil to her husband, comedian Ernie Kovacs, died Oct. 15. She was 81. MSTies from the KTMA era will remember her as Joyce in episode K-15- SUPERDOME.

Stan Winston, RIP

MALIBU, Calif.—Stan Winston, the Oscar-winning special-effects artist perhaps best remembered for creating the terrifyingly realistic dinosaurs of “Jurassic Park” died here June 15 after a seven-year struggle with multiple myeloma. He was 62. MSTies will recall his work as special makeup creator for the movie in episode 1010- IT LIVES BY NIGHT.
