Frank has announced that he has joined the cast of the prospective TV series “Renfest,’ which already stars Mary Jo, Trace and Gruber. If you haven’t backed the kickstarter yet, go, do.
When we wrote about this about a month ago, we mentioned that the site says ““In 2016 we will be crowdfunding and shooting further episodes.”

Also in the cast is Dave “Gruber” Allen and behind the camera is another familiar face, Jeff Stonehouse. “In 2016 we will be crowdfunding and shooting further episodes,” the site says. Joel just sent out an update to the Kickstarter backers, which has some more information about the Rifftrax/MST3K reunion and their Kickstarter, and also encourages fans to support a Kickstarter related to the great Frank Zappa.
